"after eating so well, the service was in contact with the customer, we tried again. the localities are still unchanged, why should they rebuild something big? this time we visited this locally shortly after the opening at 11.00 a.m., but some tables were already occupied. the cut of the customers in the course of the day outside the hiking season: 65 . although we are clearly younger, we enjoy the accompanying atmosphere and the position of the table with the user . it is here, in contrast to the Franconian customs, usual not only to occupy the tables with regard to the families, here is mixed. who comes, searches and fits to a place that is placed. works great. the noise level is very pleasant, the room wonderfully tempered (we had 9° c on 20.03.2018 and snowfall, the services are much more relaxed than our last visit. I go. we ordered: 2 yeasts alcohol-free from our own brewery 1 mineral water 0.5 liter, still 1 black brot from the tube, with potato crust and vegetable 1 unpaned putenschnitzel with homemade potato salad and added salad, untreated. 1 ice cups with egg drinks from the beer section are as always a pleasure. the customer has the choice before place, and after visiting the restaurant can also be selected in the attached sale from the whole series of the beer and the alcohol-free drinks. not cheap, but quality. the cute carving of my guide, who unfortunately does not like it when they photograph her or her food, came first. very tasty looking, a wonderful browning even without panting, plus a beautifully dressed kartoffel salad after Franconian art (but without spek cubes, as I could see, a small extra salad that was marretteined with a vinai. the accompaniment was too acidic, perfect for me, but I love bitter and sour. in the harbour I was allowed to take my dick at the reception. served on a beautiful stone dish expected me for 8,90 € a really huge portion meat. more than I expected. to these two normal large potato claws, which looked small in comparison to the meat. was not visual. so. now a clear word for those who think that a blackbread would be the same everywhere and you just have to push it in the many. dear chefs, hobby chefs, dear ugly here they get a parade piece of meat processing. grow through, with a crispy crust and taste to frit. how often is this black frying outside sharp, almost already overwürzted to taste two centimeters further inside after nothing. in this restaurant is the own taste of the pork well underlined, almost already raised. for me, unfortunately, as a sauce lover, a little too spicy dark beersauce.
