Para la red, tres tuvieron la tradicional cena de pavo, mientras que decidí probar el filete especial costilla ojo a un suplemento de 5 €. Le pregunté si podía tomarlo con un vino tinto justo lo cual, Tash dijo que podía. Pedí al chef que lo cocinara a su gusto costilla ojo debe tener la grasa derretida en la carne mientras todavía está suave y rosado en el interior. Went here today with friends for lunch. We asked when we booked if the restaurant was air conditioned, when we arrived it was hot inside, the a/c was on but set far too hot. Many other diners were fanning themselves. Drinks were not cold, asked for a cooler for the wine, which obviously came out of a cupboard, not cold. Starters OK. Main course (roast) Yorkshire puddings dry hard, meat tough, cauliflower, carrots broccoli just steamed, wouldn’t have been a big ask to put some butter on the carrots! Crockery chipped, should have been in the bin, not on the table. Dessert OK. Last time we went here was ten years ago, won’t be going again, but I don’t suppose they will miss our custom.
We have dined here many times over the years since it first opened.It has usually been good and sometimes very good, with a few glitches along the way.However sadly this recent visit marks a decline in value and choice, and we felt we may not eat there again.The set dinner always included a bottle of decent house wine, but now includes no drinks whatsoever.This means a 20% rise in the bill. The set menu has two pasta dishes,and a burger for mains.The fries were soggy and frozen not fresh, so it was not a surprise that it was not well attended. The staff are very pleasant, and the premises spacious inside and out, but the bottom line is the food and price.
Had a nice meal here, decided to go for the set menu at €21.95. Good value and good food! The bread and aioli arrived very quickly and as my hubby is gluten free now they took his roll away and brought gluten free toast, fabulous! There was a slight change to my main course I ordered squid ink pasta which they didn’t have, but it was still a very tasty seafood tagliatelle. Desserts were good too. If I have a reason to be 4 rather than 5 stars it was because of a lack of atmosphere and too quick service! On the whole an excellent restaurant!

This was always our favourite place to eat on holiday with multiple set menu choices offering huge variety and amazing value. But what’s gone wrong? We visited in early August and the set menus are gone replaced with a much smaller menu choice with no where near the quality and variety of food. Such a shame. We would usually return at least twice in a holiday but I’m afraid we won’t be back this year. Bring back your old menu’s S&O’s and we’ll be back!
Sunday dinner here with our friends Bob Gill who have a home in El Raso, we drove over from Pillar de la Horradada to join them for lunch well worth the drive the food was spot on and the service immaculate as is the place, pasted it a few times but never been in till today this will be on our regular list for dinning out food service ambiance everything is so good
Una experiencia decepcionante para mí. Sopa luke caliente, cerdo wellington duro. El personal de espera es bueno excepto cuando nos quejamos de que la puerta trasera se dejó abierta con un viento frío soplando, la camarera fue grosera cuando le pregunté si se podía cerrar.
Paul, David and team consistently deliver an amazing meal. Warm and friendly welcome, excellent food, great value for money and overall a lively dining experience. Highly recommended. Thanks all xxx
