I had both and they were excellent. I also got a chicken fried steak that was a huge portion with mashed spuds and a choice of gravy. The menu has Italian, American and even Greek? The food was just OK. The bathrooms were way, way, WAY past disgusting. The diner said the gas station side was responsible for the restrooms, but if I owned the Restaurant and my customers HAD to use thise restrooms, I would make certain they were not FILTY! They had a “Not my responsibility since I do not care” attitude. Too bad for them. I would never be able to recommend this place to anyone.
We stumbled upon this restaurant during a long journey and decided to give it a try based on the reviews. We were not disappointed! The food was delicious, hot, and homemade, and the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Love it when you find a small cafe that has home cooked meals!! We had the reuben beef tips. Service was excellent! They had runners clearing plates and filling water glasses, along with their wait staff. And the cheesecake....to die for!!!
A great home like feeling! Reminds my of my favorite breakfast place in Chicago. Foods great and so is the service! My pie was so good I took a bite before I took a picture.
To be attached to a gas station. Be prepared for a pleasant surprise. The food was absolutely wonderful. I had the horseshoe with roast beef.
