This made my morning so much better! I order a Venti apple crisp oatmeal expresso shaken with 7 pump of apple brown sugar. The Oatmeal was cultured. When stirring up my drink all the white lumpy pieces are floating. And after getting another one made they used the same lumpy cultured milk. Instead of them changing it out the drive thru individual state the oatmilk does this if we don't shake it. I'm replied I'm vegan. This milk never does this unless it cultured. That means where ever your keeping it is to warm. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
Horrible. Why are employees being snotty at simple requests? Went there for red cup day and ordered 3 holiday drinks. I understand that they were busy as it?s a special they run on that day, but being told it will be a10-15 minute wait to receive 3 empty cups is absolutely ridiculous. And it?s ridiculous that the barista was so stuck up about having to do her job. All I can say is I know why America runs on Dunkin
All the baristas slay. I do my homework here some days for upwards of 8 hours, and the staff is so nice every time. Whoever has been picking the music lately, it has been hitting. Lowkey like to watch the manager sit at the table and watch and audit the workers.
