Starbucks - Réserver une table

This is the worst location I have ever ordered for pick up from on my app. I'm so disappointed because it is centrally located on sunrise highway, But the staff is extremely rude and incompetent. I ordered four drinks to be picked up, I arrived about fifteen minutes later. They handed me two drinks and then served two other customers, Then they handed me one drink and then handled another customer order, And then finally they did my fourth drink. I was there almost thirty five minutes. The young man had an attitude When I asked him why they didn't Complete one order at a time. I would rather drive an extra fifteen minutes and go to merrick or continue going to my regular garden city location, than ever go back here.

There are three Starbucks shops in this area Lynbrook, Rockville Center and Baldwin. Lynbrook is terrible Rockville center is fine Baldwin never missed. Every time I order from the Baldwin shop on the mobile app, the coffee is always ready when, unlike Lynbrook, where I have to wait an additional 20 minutes each time. Not only is the Baldwin Store efficient, but also super friendly as every morning when I scream in someone hallo from behind the counter. I can't even imagine how often they say good morning to people lol, but still every day like clockwork I am greeted and served very quickly. Lynbrook really needs to catch up with people in the Baldwin store so it happens!!

I love how the Baristas are trained to know exactly what you suggest for you. My granddaughter is one and she told me about all the training they need before they are allowed behind the counter. When I go to my two favorite bucks, they know what I want and repair it immediately when I enter the store. It is quite amazing, given all the people they serve. I love customer service.

Missing a star because people on the car get thru priority! . I have actually tried to get out of the car and go to the store, that should not be the priority... I understand that because they're busy. The staff was very nice. The place is very clean and clean. Restrooms need a code and they have a high chair and outdoor seating. Nitrocold (with Kaskarafoam) also available

Very good service, consistent taste. I have when I go to Starbucks and I order that I go for a drink and the taste goes off from the previous time. This Starbucks is always right. Very activated position above all the drive thru.
