Absolute worst costumer service I have ever seen. Rude worker ruined my day. Simply wanted a drink and food. When I ordered, I asked for the food and they didn’t have it. I ask for another, nope. Order ANOTHER food, nope out of that too. You’d think someone who works in the food industry would then give suggestions of what they do have. Nope. Sat there and let me order about everything on the menu just to say they don’t have it. Ok. Ended up with no food. After I drove slightly away I simply said Wow ok. Got to the window and she is insanely rude. Says she can hear what I said and basically yells at me for it. Yells at me for saying wow because Starbucks is out of everything?! Absolutely not...
I got there a half hour after I ordered through the mobile app and I was missing my drink, I nicely asked if someone was making it 3x, someone even asked me what it was so I thought they were making it. No they proceeded to make everyone else?s drink except mine, so 20 minutes go by, I ask again, and right away it?s ?do you want to talk to one of the managers?? No not really just want the drink I paid for. So finally it got made, it wasn?t made right and tasted awful, and I brought home a crème Frappuccino for my kid (without coffee) and it has coffee in it?.so there?s about $16 down the drain. Decided to use the drive thru because there was only 3 cars ahead of me. Took way longer than it should have. I had what was probably the easiest order of the line, pike roast cream and sugar. Got a like warm coffee black and tasted like it?s been sitting around for a while. Pretty bad.

I really liked this Starbucks. The baristas where very friendly and their coffee is what you'd expect from Starbucks. There is decent seating though not a large store. There is some outdoor seating with umbrellas. They have a convenient drive-thru and is located near SmashBurgers.
I really enjoy getting my favorite drink from time to time. This morning I picked up my mobile order and they wrote “Go Birds” on my cup. Being a die hard Eagles fan it really meant a lot to me and made my day. Fly Eagles Fly! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast
Always my go to location now. Wish I knew who the night manager was when I visited. He gave me my drink for free. I just want to say thank you! You have no idea the kind of day I had and how much that little act of kindness meant to me.

The staff here are super friendly, my drinks are always on point and if not they will re-do at no cost to make sure I leave as a happy customer-I appreciate that! This is one of my favorite locations.
