Starbucks - Réserver une table

I was heading to my work but i decided to get some starbucks before hand. I knew starbucks would probably take awhile due to its constant rushes so when i arrived i made sure i was early enough to still make it to my job even with a long wait. When i arrived it seemed to be slow for some reason and there was alot of cars parked in the lot. When i got to the through window I had to wait for about 13 mins to even get my drink (a venti iced pumpkin chai). I wouldn’t complain about the wait time because i understand issues could happen but every time i asked about my drink a lady with dark hair and skin tone who was was giving me through had a horrible attitude. i was trying to make conversation...

i was in this starbucks for the first timers a few days back and just could not get over how rudely i was treated. this brown woman with frizzy hair left my sandwich on the table without calling my name so i was not even aware that it was ready and when i asked where my sandwich was since it was taking to long the lady spoke to me in a condescending tone

DOH MY GOSH! WE JUST DONE GONE THROUGH THE DRIVE-THROUGH AND MET THE LOVE OF OUR LIFE! HER NAME IS TARYN AND SHE WAS TEARING IT UP! WHAT A JOY AND GIFT TO HUMANITY! HER PROMPT AND FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT THIS STARBUCKS AND THIS WORLD NEEDS MORE OF!

I waited 15 minutes for a coffee and was ignored. I eventually gave up and asked for a refund after asking about it twice. The service was terrible.

Children adore this restaurant. Just like everywhere else, the sandwich appears much smaller in person than it does in the picture.
