One of the better stores I?ve been to in this franchise. Ambiance is great, political messaging is fairly neutral, so clean and tastefully updated. All the staff is extremely friendly and seems to have a relationship with many of the store?s customers. Theservice was so expedient and professional. Seriously such a wonderful experience, brings one back to a time not so long agowhere customer service was the most important factor. Other stores in this franchise should definitely pay attention to what?shappening here! And Chris, our quick conversation was a wonderful addition to my morning! I stopped by Starbucks for coffee on my way to work and started a phone update while waiting in the drive-thru, expecting to have to wait a bit. When it was finally my turn to order, I realized I had forgotten my wallet and my phone was still updating. Not wanting to just drive off, I pulled up to the window to explain the situation so they could cancel my order. The woman at the window was incredibly kind and told me it was on the house. Luckily, by the time I got my coffee, my phone had restarted, allowing me to use my Starbucks app. I really appreciated their generosity in offering me the coffee anyway!
We don't get to Starbucks very often, but Monday definitely called for a visit. There had been a redesign of the store and everything looked fresh and new.We had come in with one product in mind,but when we got there,we saw new drinks advertised so Iordered one and my wife the other.We shared on the way home.Delightful!
The staff at this Starbucks are both professional and friendly. While some locations may have impatient employees, that's not the case in Bohemia. My little girl sometimes takes a long time to decide on her order from the menu, and they are incredibly patient!
