The staff at the west Babylon store work one more day and go back to training again!! We went through the drive through and they were slow over an half hour for 1 coffee and a Frappuccino..The boy at the window played with a phone and wasn't making anydrinks..never coming back to this store!! Their attitude was to take walk-ins over drive-in customers not good customerservice!!
No one loves Starbucks as much as me. I love their pink Drink and their dragon fruit drink their chai tea latte, strawberries and cream shake and their best banana bread is almost like the ones you get from Grandma! Very little wait time on the drive inthe Copiague store, also Greybarn Store. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes which is a good thing.
I waited 16 minutes for two coffees while watching others come and go. Inside the store, mobile orders are prioritized, so if you're in a hurry, I recommend using the drive-thru instead. The staff wasn't very friendly when I inquired about the wait time. I've never experienced this at Dunkin' or at any other Starbucks I've visited.
The management really needs improvement, as they frequently run out of supplies. It feels like an open store that doesn't have any items available for sale. Réservez une table maintenant
