I think if Starbucks is going to charge what they do for it’s product, they could ensure their employees are at cordial, I just had the Un pleasant experience of dealing with AriThe look on his face said it all he doesn't want to be here when I thanked him no response when he to the money from my hand he snatched it. His over all demeanor sucks, this will be my last visit to this Starbucks.Everyone else was a pleasure it’s a shame what one negative person can do.Please note this is not the first time I’ve experienced the negativity of AriAri, if you don’t like dealing with the public, maybe you should look for another job
Walked in was welcomed. Young man took my order was helpful and was great all around. Women who made my drink had a bit of a attitude. I don?t think she even looked at 2 of the drinks and just made plain lattes. When I ordered a White chocolate and aCarmel Brulé. Both have no flavoring. No white chocolate or Carmel syrup. Was very plain tasting. I asked for a tray she tellsme they don?t have any and walks off. Did not offer me a bag or anything to carry my 4 drinks back to my car. I noticed mylattes was plain after I had left and started heading home. At this point I was not turning around.
It made me very uncomfortable to hear the baristas making antisemetic jokes to each other while working. I witnessed a barista singing the Dreidel song while handling money. I have been here a few times and have heard comments about “Jews” and concentration camp jokes which should be unacceptable. I was unable to find a customer service number to call about this issue but please let me know if there is someone I can talk to to report this issue to management, thanks.
Normally I?d give more stars especially for some of the super friendly staff I?ve had greet me but one morning I ordered a drink and accidentally went to this Starbucks the door was locked I was confused. Instead of the staff asking me what?s wrong theyignored me for a good ten minutes before finally telling me the other Starbucks opens earlier and that must be where the app hadme order it. My confusion of course but they could have definitely been more helpful.

The manager there, Shelby was very aggressive towards us. One of the workers there was on her phone and got my drink wrong and Shelby refused to remake it. My friends and I will never drink here again. Get better management Starbucks. ?
I just left at the throwing my $7 drink in the trash after waiting roughly 5 minutes.... I don't mind the wait provided I'm going to get the drink I ordered, but I guess that's asking a lot these days.
Great service and friendly staff! I had the pleasure of getting Karleigh as my barista, and she took great care of my super specific drink order. Definitely will be coming back to this location!
I go to this Starbucks almost 3 days a week. Everything about it is amazing except today my iced chai Latte feels like it has expired milk. This has never happened before!!!!

The young lady with a tattoo arm was extremely professional and friendly. Drink was made perfectly as well.
Great quick stop and they were so sweet about giving my fospice pup his first pup cup ever !!
