I never write reviews but my experience today was absolutely awful. I scanned my app to use the 50% off coupon and was charged in full, when I asked at the drive thru if they used the coupon another girl said no and that it was my fault for not asking them to use it specifically. I waited 10 minutes for them to basically “refund” me and do the transaction again all for me to receive the wrong order even though I had corrected it multiple times on the speaker. I had to go into the store because of the long drive thru which I didn’t want to do due to my physical disability and let them know I just wanted it to be remade. While waiting, the girl who redid my transaction in the drive thru spoke...
This is by far the worst Starbucks. I just visited and there was a sign on the door stating that today, 10/15, the cafe closed at 4. I walked in at 3:25 to be told they were closed and to use the drive thru. This location is never open or you are forced to use the drive thru that moves backwards which is why I opt to go inside. It also appears after todays visit that telling time isn’t something they do well either.
I was satisfied with the food at the restaurant. However, when the waitress started pouring coffee into my cup, I noticed it was not clean and asked for a fresh cup. It took her 20 minutes to bring a new cup, which was disappointing. She ended up transferring the coffee from the old cup to the new one, which defeated the purpose. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
This restaurant always seems to be closed. They allow you to place a mobile order and pick it up inside, but you cannot order from a cashier. This is probably the worst Starbucks location I have ever visited. It seems to be completely mismanaged.

I wish they could be more efficient and friendly. I arrived at 8am and only the drive-thru was open. They were not accepting walk-ins or mobile orders, and the drive-thru line was long, making it impossible to get any coffee at this place.
Never open according to the hours. Staff seem lost and careless. Food stale and terrible coffee made half azzed every time. Worst of all they have an AI bot responding to poor reviews or a copy and paste minion on the other end.
I usually order my caramel macchiato with an extra shot and it can be a hit or miss when I go to a new location but at this location Jazzy made it to perfection !!!! Everything blended soooo well !! Thanks

I love coming to this Starbucks. They consistently get my order correct and the employees are always very friendly and polite!
Baristas are always friendly and drinks and food are always great. I never have to wait long either.
