This Starbucks location on Henry Street is my absolute favorite. The staff is always incredibly friendly and they consistently make amazing drinks. I've ordered my go-to coffee drink (an Americano with vanilla cold foam) at multiple Starbucks in both Hamilton and Toronto, but the Henry Street location truly makes it the best.
Arrived 20 minutes before actual closing time. Nobody answered at the drive through intercom system. I eventually approached the pickup area and I could see 2 attendants but they just chose to ignore my existence. They were hardly 2-3 feet away, i waved at them and they just ignored me. Abysmal service.
I personally think this is the best Starbucks location in Brantford, the people who work here are very friendly and always make great drinks. Even got a little note written on my cup when they ask how my day was and I said it would be better if you still had pumpkin cream cold brew ? Réservez une table maintenant
I was in the mood for something with green tea and the barista suggested the Matcha Frappe. It was fantastic! I opted for sugar-free vanilla syrup instead of the regular cane sugar syrup. It was delicious! In terms of accessibility, they have wheelchair accessible parking and entry.
This is one of the best places to visit. The service is amazing and the atmosphere is great. There is plenty of seating to relax and enjoy your meal. I highly recommend this restaurant. If you're ever in the area, be sure to check it out.
I ordered four medium drinks and two small drinks, but was charged for all small drinks. When I tried to call and address the issue, I was hung up on. When I called back, the lady who answered was rude and unhelpful.
