After waiting a long while to get to the order station. No body ever greeted us to take our order. Nor did the person in front of us order through the speaker. When we arrived at the window. The young lady proceeded to verify my order. Which I told her I haven’t order since no body ever took my order. In discuss she gave me a stare, she left. Soon her “ manager” Celeste came and ask me why I didn’t order. After telling her I never was greeted and that the speaker never came on. She said I was going to have to pull over and wait for my drinks. I didn’t agree to wait longer after already waiting in line for a good 30 mins. She proceed to tell me it was my fault. That I miss the speaker! I ask for her manager unfortunately she was the manager on duty. Her only solution was for me to pull around and wait for my order. No thanks! Horrible experience! Last time I’ll attend this location. 7 dollars drinks for This type of Cust service??? I would of gladly worked with her but her delivery has been the worst I’ve received from Starbucks staff.
