This is my favorite Starbucks, and the customer service is fantastic. The staff are always bustling around like busy bees, yet they make sure to provide attentive care and warmth to every customer. The baristas adhere to all the recipes, ensuring that the coffee is delicious. Whether you want to enjoy your coffee in the morning, at lunch, or in the evening, this is the perfect spot for you.
On July 28, 2023, at 9:15 AM, I noticed there were seven employees working, yet it still took 16 minutes to receive an order of just two items. My recent visits to this location have been frustratingly slow compared to other branches. While some of the staff are pleasant, there are a couple of women who seem to have a lackadaisical attitude towards their work.
Today, I placed my drink order through the app and waited 15 minutes, while the entire drive-thru line moved ahead. The app indicated that my drink would be ready in 10 minutes. When I inquired about the delay, a rather snarky woman spoke over me, asserting that they were behind on drinks. I find it quite rude to be interrupted like that.
Literally worst Starbucks ever, I gave it a few tries, ordered through their drive thru a few times. They are always rude and make all drinks horribly, it’s like they just don’t care.Today I ordered a venti drink and the cup was filled less than half..definitely not ordering there ever again. I waited 20 minutes in the restaurant, and my order was never prepared. The employees seemed more focused on phone orders and drive-thru customers. Ultimately, this place feels like it should be drive-thru only, as in-house customers don’t seem to be a priority.
One of the BEST Starbucks! Like a well oiled machine! I really love the service here. I barely wait and my order is always right. And everyone is super friendly! Great environment and it’s roomy Starbucks.
The atmosphere is enjoyable, and the restrooms are well-kept. For years, I've typically ordered the java chip frappuccino, and I can honestly say this was the best one I've ever had!
I placed a pick-up order but had to wait in the long drive-thru line to collect it. Additionally, I needed to use the restroom but was unable to do so. Réservez une table maintenant
Terrible service! The staff seemed more interested in joking around and using their phones than in doing their jobs.
