Starbucks - Réserver une table

This store smells like dirty rags. Not sure what they did to my pink drink. They didn't shake it in a shaker with half coconut milk and half refresher. When I questioned them they told me that's corporate policy and they have to make it that way because they don't have a shaker. I stormed out angry my pink drinks looked horrible and tasted horrible. I drove to 120th and huron my home Starbucks and they treated me with respect and remade both of my drinks. They agreed that there was no policy change and the customer is always right. They were happy to help fix my pink drinks. They made it delicious. I will never visit the one on 104th and federal again.

I wouldn't give a star if I could. I didn't even get something because I tried to order Matcha tea latte, literally on the sign behind the counter, and the barista had no idea what I was talking about. I pointed it to the sign. She didn't know yet. her recipe book pulled out and tried to tell me that milk does not come in the matcha when I asked for mandel milk because it is a tee. I'm like, it's literally in the recipe, what are you talking about? so I just went because I don't spend 6 dollars on a drink that was made wrong. please train their baristas so that they at least know the specifications of the signature menu points.

I have tried to use a legitimate offer, and the employee just told me rudely that they do not take the offer at their location. I would give 0 stars if that were an option.

so over price. with coffee that rises to the price, who knows how much they will charge for their drinks. mcdonald’s $1.09-Starbucks $5.90. what?

Coffee should not cost 11 dollars. Without food. That's insane.
