Always quick and always very friendly. And they must have some of the best hiring managers. As I've never . Myself seen a rude worker there. But that's just my experience. Which I've been to alot of Starbucks. And you would think I've encountered atleast a couple rude workers. But that isn't the case which the credit had to go the people that hire the workers there. For finding friendly employees. So credit to them and keep it up Starbucks!
The service was really slow, and the server, whose name I think was Erid (it was difficult to read her name tag), wasn't very welcoming. One of her coworkers, who didn't have a name tag, was goofing off and ended up making me a regular latte instead of the decaf I had requested. I'm glad I double-checked when it was ready since I need to be very cautious about caffeine. Overall, it wasn't a great experience.
I’m giving it a 3 because the staff is always kind and that’s never an issue. However it seems like one crew makes a better coffee half the time I end up with more whip than coffee and half of the ingredients, but every once in a while it’s make with the perfect ratio. Also a lot of the time the coffee tasted stale.
This is the best Starbucks location in Puyallup. The staff is always friendly, and the drinks consistently taste as they should. We often travel quite a distance just to visit this Starbucks, and we enjoy it every time! It's definitely the top Starbucks in the area. Réservez une table maintenant
