Additionally, the coffee is often served at a lukewarm temperature, and I've experienced multiple mix-ups with my orders. For example, today my drip coffee had what tasted like a hint of cinnamon or something similar mixed in, which was unappealing. It seems that there may be a lack of training aimed at maintaining consistent quality, despite the fact that customer service appears to be a priority. I sincerely hope that the staff can get the training they need to improve the coffee quality to meet the standards we expect from Starbucks. Thank you for considering my feedback.
I’ve visited this location three times, and I won't be coming back. Every time, my orders have been incorrect, and the drinks haven't tasted right. I echo the thoughts of another reviewer who mentioned that this place falls short of the usual Starbucks standards. It feels like they are understaffed and overwhelmed compared to other Starbucks locations.
This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I realize it's not a typical Starbucks, but the staff frequently get orders wrong—even something as basic as "coffee with oat milk." It's really frustrating. Moreover, they seldom have oat milk in stock, which is surprising since it's situated inside a grocery store.
Quite literally the most consistently terrible Starbucks I?ve ever been to, I get that it?s not a REAL Starbucks but the employees always get orders wrong even when my order is ? coffee with oatmilk. Just kinda stupid. They also rarely have oatmilkin stock. Even though it?s IN a grocery store?

Whenever I visit Hy-Vee, I always make sure to stop by Starbucks, and I consistently have a great experience! While the staff can sometimes be a bit limited, the drinks are outstanding. You can really taste the care they put into every beverage!
