I love Starbucks drinks! Sadly, this Starbucks was short staffed and very, very slow preparing drinks. A lady walked in and demanded her coffee, because she had been waiting at the drive through for a long time. Sadly, she caused my husband and I to have to wait longer for our drinks a Flat White and a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. We had actually ordered inside the store, before she entered the drive through. The wait time exceeded 20 minutes. Our drinks were okay but not as hot (Flat White) or flavorful (Caramel Ribbon Crunch) as normal for Starbucks. Disappointed!
They were very nice an professional, 2 of the items that I purchased was no where to be found they offer something different or a refund. I chose the refund and they had issues doing the refund to the app so they gave me a cash refund they handled themselves very well and was very curious the whole time. Thank you for your great customer service and a great tasting Frappuccino
Ordered a grande, it felt too light and when I opened it I was dumbfounded. This is not the first time I get coffee and the amount I get is ridiculous! I usually go to the one in Atascocita Rd and have never had a problem. Also never have the ingredients you want like oat milk and other toppings. Definitely the last time I order from here, very disappointed.
They do a terrible job at making a ?Starbucks Doubleshot on ice? you aren?t supposed to shake it with the milk but they do every time. Very disappointed won?t bother to waste my time coming here if they can?t follow their own recipe in making a drink correctly. Photos of TWO TIMES they?ve done this already.
