I picked up breakfast to go and was truly impressed by the quality of the food. It was delicious, deserving a strong 4 out of 5 stars. The service was both quick and friendly, also earning a 4 out of 5. While I only got a brief sense of the atmosphere during my pickup, it felt warm and inviting, which also received a 4-star rating. If you're looking for a tasty way to start your day, I highly recommend their Cinnamon Latte!

I typically visit the Franklin Square location, but I decided to give the Optimum store a shot and use the drive-thru. I'm pretty disappointed. The drinks at Franklin Square are bursting with flavor, while the one I had here was weak and tasteless. The beverages from Franklin Square are rich and delightful! Honestly, I would have been better off grabbing a frappe from McDonald's instead.

I recently visited this restaurant to catch up with a friend, and for the last hour and a half before closing, we were the only ones there. The loud rap music blasting from the sound system made it difficult to have a conversation, so we asked the staff to turn down the volume. Unfortunately, they informed us that they were unable to control the music.

The customer service was exceptional. The staff was very accommodating when I had questions and quickly prepared my order. A young man even helped me with the door so I could get my large stroller out for my child, all without me having to ask. I felt warmly welcomed and appreciated for choosing to dine here. First of all, Starbucks offers a free drink on your birthday. However, the woman at the register had an attitude when I asked for it and started making excuses as to why I couldn't get my complimentary coffee. It seemed like they didn’t really understand their own policy. I recommend going elsewhere.

You can't go wrong with Starbucks! The only downside is that they only serve their blonde coffee and not their signature blend. Nonetheless, they prepared all my drinks perfectly. The drive-thru staff were friendly and efficient, and parking was easy to find!

The music was extremely loud, and the staff member had to ask about my order twice because he couldn't hear me clearly. Overall, I would give the service a 1 and the atmosphere a 1 as well. Réservez une table maintenant

Starbucks is wonderful, but unfortunately, parking is a significant issue. The parking lot is quite small, making it challenging to find a spot.
