I typically visit the Franklin Square location, but I decided to give the Optimum store a shot and use the drive-thru. I'm pretty disappointed. The drinks at Franklin Square are bursting with flavor, while the one I had here was weak and tasteless. The beverages from Franklin Square are rich and delightful! Honestly, I would have been better off grabbing a frappe from McDonald's instead.
I usually go to the Franklin Square location. I went to the optimum store and decided to use the drive thru and I am soo disappointed. FS makes TGE BEST tasting drinks. My drink is milked down with no taste! FS drinks are rich and delicious! I wasbetter off getting a frappe from McDonald's.
You can't go wrong with Starbucks! The only downside is that they only serve their blonde coffee and not their signature blend. Nonetheless, they prepared all my drinks perfectly. The drive-thru staff were friendly and efficient, and parking was easy to find!
Totally unacceptable. While the staff may be the ones providing the service, the real responsibility lies with the manager or owner for hiring such unqualified individuals. I strongly advise avoiding this restaurant altogether. Réservez une table maintenant
The service here is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly polite. The restaurant is clean and well-kept. The brownies are freshly made and absolutely delicious.
The atmosphere feels impersonal. Although the coffee is good and the staff is friendly, the charm and vibe that Starbucks used to have seem to be absent now.
