Worst starbucks!!! Staff is lazy and disrespectful. I had to report to HR. For my venti drip when I ask for milk on side they try to give me a shot of milk. I ask for more and they want to charge me for milk. Secondly I had ordered 5 large drinks on mobile order, they put them on the tray, people tray is for 4 drinks not 5. 1 spilled and they told me they would not give me another venti but a tall. They said there so busy. Please the girls where all just talking and on the phone. I called right away HR got a refund. Stop going there. They hire lazy people. Drinks are also disgusting. This is my favorite Starbucks in the neighborhood. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they consistently get my order right and prepare it quickly. I've encountered some inconsistencies at other Starbucks locations, which makes me hesitant to visit them, so I keep coming back to this one! I highly recommend downloading the app, and if you're a frequent visitor, consider purchasing discounted gift cards online. I've saved quite a bit using these two options.
I had a fantastic experience! The place was spotless, and everything was just right. I rarely say this because I often have to send my drink back, but this visit was a wonderful surprise. A special thank you to the dishwasher who went out of their way to make drinks for my daughter and me, plus a Pup Cup for our dog. You truly made our 100-pound Newfoundland very happy!
This Starbucks might be smaller than some others, but the service is fantastic. There is outdoor seating available, along with benches nestled under tall redwood trees in the area. Conveniently located next to eBay, there are usually parking spots available in the shopping complex. It’s a delightful experience to enjoy your drink while sitting outside.

The staff here are amazingly friendly! They sometimes run fun surveys and come up with unique drinks. Today, I enjoyed a special drink that they eagerly recommended and took the time to explain. It was absolutely fantastic! Make sure to give it a try while it’s available!
I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant. I ordered through the app at 8:02, but my iced espresso didn't arrive until 8:40. While I recognize they are trying to cope with high demand, it's clear they need more staff in the mornings to improve their service.
This isn't my regular place. The drink I ordered was excellent, but it took far too long to prepare, especially since I ordered ahead of time. I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes. I believe they really need to hire more staff at this location.
This Starbucks location is much like any other, offering a familiar experience without anything particularly unique or standout. If you enjoy Starbucks, you'll likely have a pleasant visit here as well.

I believe most of the staff on duty today were new, which resulted in slower service. Typically, my experiences at this restaurant are excellent.
