I've had issues with my orders at this Starbucks location 4 out of 5 times. They frequently forget to add sugar or intentionally leave it out of drinks that are meant to be sweet, like mocha lattes, seasonal beverages, and frappuccinos. If Starbucks weren't such a popular brand, I might consider this the worst coffee shop I've ever visited, but it seems to be just this particular location that has these problems.
My Venti White Chocolate Mocha was fantastic, but I rated this Starbucks a 3 because the staff spent a lot of time gossiping about former customers and ex-coworkers. It was a major disappointment. They appeared friendly while serving customers, but when I was waiting in the pharmacy area, I overheard them discussing people. This behavior was definitely inappropriate for the time and place.
I hadn't visited Starbucks in quite a while, so I thought I'd drop by today. I ordered a pumpkin spice frappuccino since it was my first time trying it. It was delicious, but while I was drinking it, I noticed some hair in my cup. Unfortunately, I was already halfway to work and didn't have my receipt. Just a little advice: make sure to check your drinks before leaving the store!
I stopped by for a quick regular coffee and was genuinely impressed. The service was outstanding, and the environment was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient, crafting one of the best cups of coffee I've had in a while. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I ordered the honey almond flat, and since it was my first time trying a ristretto, I thought I’d give it a go. It was absolutely delicious! I asked for three pumps of syrup instead of four, and that was just the right amount for me. Just a heads up, this Starbucks is situated in a hospital, so it’s quite small.
This Starbucks is conveniently located inside Andrews Hospital, right next to the pharmacy, making it a perfect spot to grab a coffee. We have consistently received excellent service while waiting for prescription refills and other items at the hospital. However, it's worth mentioning that this location is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
