Just a heads up: expect to spend 15-20 minutes waiting to pick up your order, particularly if there’s even a moderately long line. Additionally, don't trust Google for information on how busy it is—when it indicated "Not too busy," the line was actually stretched all the way to the movie theater.

Even if you ordered for mobile pickup, they won?t let you in to pick up and will make you go through the drive thru to pick it up. To make matters worse, my blueberry muffin got cold because I hadn’t even had a chance to take a bite before I was asked to leave. It was clear that she didn’t care about the money I had spent or that I hadn’t finished my meal. When I inquired about seating outside, she simply waved her hand dismissively and said no, offering no useful information. This experience was a complete letdown, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected.
On the night shift of November 16, 2022, the staff member seemed to struggle with making coffee. I ordered a caramel macchiato, but what I received tasted more like something from 7-Eleven. Honestly, even 7-Eleven's coffee is better and requires less effort! However, I should mention that I've had positive experiences during other shifts.

I ordered on app. Everything I ordered was available. When I came to pick it up, 2 items were not available. It was a birthday treat for my parent. All I ask is, Starbucks, can you fix this issue? Don't say you have the item at this location when in fact.. you don't.
I have been visiting this restaurant for over seven years, and the food and service have always been exceptional! Since the onset of COVID, I've noticed that not all establishments maintain great customer service, but this restaurant really stands out.
Always fast, refreshing, and delicious! I'm really enjoying all my favorite flavored frappuccinos made with oat milk!
