Starbucks - Réserver une table

We were visiting Banff national park with my family.My kids were interested in trying out the new drink (pineapple lemonade if I am right ; .We ordered the drink and after waiting for 30 minutes,our drink finally arrived.My daughter tried it and seeing the expressions on her face , I tried it too.The drink tasted bitter and nasty.After a while of debating whether or not to go back to the store and ask them to replace it, we as a family decided to go and tell them that we did not like it.We went back and asked one of the guys there.He said he has to talk to him supervisor.The supervisor came after 15 minutes and told us that we tried the drink and she couldn’t give us a replacement for it.We...

1 star for allowing some girl to interrupt service. She was Constantly talking to each of the 3 staff working that shift. Making it slow and irritating customers waiting in-line, and seeing the staff take time away from customers to talk to a friend! Right where people pickup their drinks. Recommend teaching proper customer service. Lucky im just passing thru and won't be coming here again ever.

I love turtles. Love them. But I also know we can have straws that aren’t paper and still save them. So when these lovely and kind ladies said they had a plastic straw for me this Starbucks was automatic 5 stars. And of course they were all very kind and the service was quick so nothing to complain about.

Very friendly stuff great drinks but the cashier kept calling me my friend several times... Didn't feel good about it

Probably one of the best locations Starbucks has. Gorgeous views all around in downtown Banff
