We went through the drive through today at about 10 something. I ordered online and it wasn't to long after I ordered I went through the drive thru. Once we got to the window the wrong lid was on my son's summer aid drink so I asked her the right one. I handed her a drink, she took it and switched to lids with an attitude. when she came back and handed me the drink, she told me in a very snotty attitude, tactful voice that we needed to wait 10 minutes before we came through the line. What would be the difference if I would ordered it at the speaker or I would’ve ordered it online, right? I specifically ordered a TRENTA Mango Dragonfruit w/ LITE lemonade, NO ICE, a lemon loaf, a venti cup of ice. The Hispanic guy at drive thru window states, “SMART! I know what you are trying to do!” Then as I pull up to get my order he tries to play me with A GRANDE mango dragonfruit A TRENTA cup of ice! Lol Moral of the story, give me what I requested specificallywhat I paid for. You dnt get PAID to think for me NOR retaliate because I ordered smart SPECIFIC! Do your job and provide legendary customer service instead of trying to antagonize the CONSUMER!#REFUND
I've never been a huge fan of Starbucks, but today I had the delightful experience of being served by a wonderful person named Zeke! I typically only visit in the fall for a pumpkin cream cold brew, but today I opted for my go-to drink instead, and it was fantastic! Zeke kindly suggested I taste it before I left, and it was absolutely perfect! I finished it before I even left the store! I rate this experience a solid 10/10 and will definitely return—especially if Zeke is there! Food: 5
