Awful. 3/28/23, ordered a simple coffee with 3 caramel swirls and 1 sugar and almond milk.Went to the pickup area and waited, and waited, and waited.After being ignored for about 8 minutes by the 4 workers and watching people that ordered drinks after me getting their drinks, I asked loudly if a coffee for John was coming up.One girl looked around and found my ticket at another printer and said sorry, I 'll take care of it . I watched her put ONE pump of caramel and 1 sugar and very little almond milk.She then handed me the coffee and the lid popped off, Spilling coffee on my hand.This place is awful. The coffee sucked and is about $1 more than dunkin.Watching them make the cold drinks looks...
However, I noticed a white man walk up to the counter to place his order. Within less than a minute, another staff member came over to assist him. I was taken aback because I'd been there first and had already been waiting. Feeling uncomfortable, I informed the staff that I believed I was there before him, but he just looked at me and continued taking the man's order without acknowledging my concern. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected.
Ultimately, I decided to leave without placing an order, and I will not return to this restaurant.
Terrible service. The elderly man working there was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me as a customer. I placed a mobile order, and he had a nasty attitude. I truly hope he gets removed from that position; he doesn't deserve to work in that environment. He should really consider retiring and staying at home!
there was a Starbucks worker today when I went with my colleagues, who is being very rude and rolling her eyes. my colleagues told me that she was calling my friend and I very annoying after we left, which is so disrespectful. I will not be returning anytime soon. This is horrible customer service.

This is by far the worst place for coffee. You could wait at the register all day without anyone attending to you. Unless you're using the drive-thru or placing an order online, it's as if you don't even exist. Support local businesses instead.
I order something 20 minutes ago and waited forever while others got their drinks. They seriously need to hire more people and speak up.Kid-friendliness: Do the orders on time not make people wait long. This isn’t Paneras in Cortlandt.
We love this place for the most part and order delivery several mornings a week! Only con would be that my drink is never fully filled? Disappointing given how much coffee costs nowadays. Otherwise, efficient and delicious.
My favorite Starbucks. They always have hot and iced decaf available. (Most other locations don't and you have to settle for a weak Americano instead. Staff is super friendly.
