The two employees at this restaurant were incredibly rude. I have been ordering the same cup of coffee for 25 years, and when they made a mistake and I asked for it to be corrected, they blamed me. The "manager" even tried to gaslight me and make me feel like it was my fault. As a loyal Starbucks customer, I have to say that I felt very unappreciated at this location. It's unfortunate that these two employees care more about themselves than their customers. It would have been better if they had just owned up to their mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, including myself.
I am not very familiar with the menu or the options available, but I frequently visit a Starbucks location to try something new. The staff at this restaurant is always attentive, polite, and understanding that not everyone knows what to order. I prefer this location over any other, thank you!
This was not a pleasant experience at all. I paid for a caramel macchiato but never received it. The barista claimed he gave it to someone else even though my name was clearly on the cup. This incident illustrates the inconsistency in service you can expect from a franchise.
