I want to give a big shoutout to Matt and Christina at this Starbucks location. Yesterday, they had a BOGO event that ended at 6:00 PM. My husband and I arrived in the parking lot at 6:05, and the drive-thru line had about eight cars waiting. I went inside and explained the situation to Matt, and he graciously decided to honor the offer. Christina then made us the most perfect Iced White Mochas. Thank you again for going above and beyond to accommodate us, even though we were just five minutes late. Fantastic service!
This is the worst Starbucks I've been to. Some of the staff are unfriendly, and my orders are consistently incomplete. I visited for two weeks straight, and each time the nuts I received were stale in my oatmeal. When I mentioned it, they said they would throw the nuts out, but when I ordered oatmeal again today, I was given blueberries instead of nuts. I won't be going back.
Took my elderly mother to Alexian/Amita Health and our appointments were running a little late. Bought mom an egg sandwich to help tide her over until lunch. I ordered and waited while they heated it up. They slid it into a Starbucks paper envelope. The egg sandwich was too hot to eat, had to wait a bit. Mom said it was good.
They have a lot of great coffee you can pretty well get anything that you have a taste for I recommend the experience when you sit inside the atmosphere is very relaxing you feel like you're down home in a country log cabin I recommend the good experience even take a book and maybe read if you have the time and enjoy your

I tried to use this voucher at the Starbucks at this location but they wouldn 't honor it. It clearly states 1 complimentary beverage or treat of your choice at an Ascension Starbucks . It was very disappointing...
The grilled cheese sandwich here is among the best meals in this hospital! The coffee is consistently excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient.
This location usually runs out on most menu items. Short on staff. The atmosphere felt very tense.
