Come here a couple times a week but more often then I like to admit they get my drink wrong. What?s the point of asking for extra caramel and then putting on the instructions if they?re not going to do it. The lady that took my order was nice but who ever made it knew they did it wrong and couldn?t be bothered to fix it. So I?m supposed to be the jerk and complain with a line of cars behind me wrapping around the building? Nah, I?ll just go to the Starbucks in the Forum or a competitor just a block away, you?re not the only ones with frozen drinks.
Absolutely awesome????!!!! At 5:30 in the morning I needed some help getting the eyes to focus, so I stopped by the drive thru for a nitro cold brew. Needless to say the service was super friendly, polite, punctual, professional, and just as energizing as the coffee????????????. Ms. Avril was an absolute blessing, and many thanks again to you and your teammates. Y'all are the real MVP'S????????????
Stayed at a nearby budget hotel that didn?t have coffee makers in the room. Was glad to see this Starbucks close by. Used this location both mornings of August 6-7,2022. Friendly staff and short lines that moved quickly. Coffee was hot, fresh and delicious. The egg white wrap was a perfect breakfast on the go. Highly recommend this location.
Hey it's starbucks... Service is almost always good at any location. Food and drinks are standard to their recipes. But I love my local Starbucks because My furry baby gets her pup cup from our lovely friends here! Convenient location right down the highway and by many other fast food restaurants and service businesses.
