Starbucks - Réserver une table

Starbucks used to be known for their laid back atmosphere and good coffee. This one had neither. Stay away, drive elsewhere in NY and get a good coffee at a normal coffee shop. I asked for a cappuccino not hot, which is very easy to accomplish just use cold milk and don't steam it long. They screwed that up after asking how to do it. I also wanted to get some work done while I drank my coffee but the music was so loud I could barely hear myself think let alone work and the baristas probably couldn't hear me place my order which could be why it was wrong.

This place is a well oiled machine! The staff is so friendly and hardworking. I always get my order quickly, if it’s not already waiting for me from my mobile order ahead. There isn’t much seating at this location, but with two kids in tow that’s not what I’m looking for. If you need a quick, consistent coffee with a nice staff this Starbucks is great! Big disappointment! First time here the cappuccino was terrible, it stank disgustingly, there was no smell of coffee at all! It was an online order, I stopped by, picked up the order and left, I didn't have time to come back and complain Food: 1
