I had a great experience with my takeout meal. The food was absolutely fantastic, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The service was equally outstanding, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting, contributing to an overall top-notch experience. I highly recommend trying the Extra Caramel Frappuccino—it’s a must-have! Plus, there’s plenty of free parking, which makes visits convenient.
During my recent road trip, I stopped at this Starbucks. The weather was a warm 82 degrees. We ordered some drinks and food, but when we requested to have our water bottles filled, the staff said they needed to wait for the manager’s approval. Additionally, I noticed there was no trash can outside the restaurant. It would be fantastic if there were a facility for customers to refill their water bottles to reduce plastic waste. Having a trash can outside would also enhance the overall hospitality of the place.
We used to enjoy this restaurant, but our recent experience was disappointing. It took a long time to receive a cold muffin that is usually served warm, especially after an employee grabbed the wrong item from the mobile counter and tried to pass it off as mine. Managers, please take charge and focus on improving the service. Juggling too many tasks at once isn't working. This isn't the first negative experience we've had recently, and I'm just not satisfied.
Came into get a refund for a cup that grew mold. Was in the drive through lane for 10 min and paul didn’t even fulfill it and told me to come inside. Came later and Carly the supervisor was super nice and helpful but the manager Paul w long hair was super weird and not helpful at all. Id recommend hiring her as the manager and not him Service: 4

This Starbucks location was very clean and well run. The service was fast, the employees were very friendly and the coffee was great. The dining room had plenty of tables and chairs. There is also. patio in front of the store for outside experience. I would come to this location again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

How can you have a sign saying that the Starbucks is closed yet have non working associate go in and order? Make it make sense, instead of asking if I want to tip pay your employees more! Service: 5
