Do better. ZERO Stars. Thirty five (35) minutes for a grande Americano hot. I asked a partner to make sure my drink was in queue and he and she totally ignored me (both) as I noticed many drinks completed 10-15 minutes after i placed my in person order. The partner who took my order remembered me, eventually intervened to make my order and blamed it on a printer jam. Meanwhile the other partner who I asked previously 10+ minutes ago could of easily looked me up on the iPad APP and noticed it was missed. Instead she was like oh well.sucks to be you. The service and atmosphere were fine. They seemed short staffed. Other than that the length of time that I waited for my order was acceptable since it looked like they could use more employees. The blueberry muffin was good. I didn’t like the crunchy sugar on top. It was too much, and too sweet so I scraped it off. Overall, I would recommend this location. Food: 3
I was disappointed in the baristas here. I waited 30 minutes for my order before asking about it. They didn't know what had happened and impatiently asked what I had ordered. One of three main Starbucks I frequent in St Louis. This one in particular has really great service and very friendly baristas. Drive through has pretty short lines every time I go.
