The young woman with short blond hair working the evening shift at the cash register was very rude and it was clear that she didn't enjoy her job. I had mentioned right away that I had my baby in the car, but she didn't seem to care and took her time with my refund because the drink I ordered through the app was out of stock. She made me go back to my car to get my phone for the refund, with no smile or empathy, just a snobbish attitude. It was obvious that the restaurant doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction to allow such behavior. On the other hand, the barista girl was friendly and accommodating, and I felt it was important to mention that.
This is getting a 1 star because of their ridiculous drive thru setup. Firstly, it forces people to block the car lane, bike lane, and sidewalk on st Martin to get in.Secondly, the speaker is on an awkward corner and you can can't get very close it and the employees can barely hear your order. We always have to yell at each other and ask to repeat 50 times
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was friendly, the coffee was delicious, and the place was clean. However, I do think that Starbucks is a bit overpriced. They have a good selection of vegetarian options. There is plenty of parking available as well.
Nothing to complain about this place! Always had great people serve me and it’s always clean. No judmental look when you spend the whole day studying or working.

The service and atmosphere at this restaurant are wonderful, but today we ordered the same coffee and they had different flavors.
Line can be long, but the staff is polite. I suggest going in by the back entrance (much easier)
Worst experience ever. Girl on the drive through was so rude for no reason and so incosiderate.
Took almost 30 minutes to get through the drive thru and only two cars were ahead of me.
