When you order through the app, a message displays saying you can pick up your order inside at the counter, but you can’t. When you get there, the doors are locked and a sign says you must pick up your order at the drive-through window. It took half an hour today for me to pick up my mobile order, so I was late for a hair appointment, which put both my hair stylist and me behind schedule for the rest of the day. By the time I realized the 2 cars in front of me were each placing huge orders, other cars had pulled behind me, and I was stuck in the line.The app should be customizable enough to display the correct message so customers have the option to go to a different Starbucks —or just skip...
I've only been here two or three times now but I've always gotten what I ordered, how I ordered it ?. Mostly I wanted to shout out the night crew because I drove up, had a pretty specific drink to place and they were still really nice to me. They also nailed it ?.I work overnight and it's difficult to find kind service at the end of the day (beginning of mine) because everyone is tired, so their kindness really meant the world to me, thank you!
This is the most dysfunctional Starbucks. They don't operate normal hours, and they are inconsistent in their abnormal hours. Sometimes the drive through is open, or not, sometimes they are open inside... or not, or vice versa, unreliable, inconsistent and dysfunctional. And when inside dining is open, the area is dirty and unkempt.
I come to this location all the time not anymore I tried to retrieve a straw and the young woman caught and attitude I guess everyone is angry nowadays lol.

This Starbucks is awful!!! It is regularly dirty, sticky & grossThe restrooms aren't clean & neither are the seats or the condiment bar.
Why have a drive thru if you continually close it? Kind of defeats the whole purpose of having the drive thru......I would think.
Be careful before driving to this location. Make sure you're not in a hurry. The drive-thru is closed the majority of the time.
Drive-Thru, no order for lack of personnel... can't blame those who work. Michael was SO NICE!
