Starbucks - Réserver une table

My go to drink was an iced matcha latte, until they repeatedly put way too much matcha powder. I would fix it home and end up with almost double drinks in order to get it to taste right. That is how much matcha they were putting in. I have since switched it up to hot chai latte because I was tired of not being able to drink what I ordered. This last time I switched my milk to breve and they did not even steam the milk. Just dumped cold breve in the chai. Disappointed. Probably won’t be back at this point. I love and often drink coffee here, and the staff is always very friendly, but today, when I was served by one of the employees, he laughed at my accent and ignored my requests, it was very unpleasant, it spoiled my mood in the morning.

Staff are super friendly. I visited a few times while in town for my brother's wedding and they worked super well as a team for how hectic it was.They were very polite and accommodating when an error was made in one order.

They forgot to add the base to my caramel frappe. Disappointing when Ive had a rough day, decide to treat myself, and take a big gulp of frappe roast. Have you ever tried that stuff? Its gross. No sugar at all.
