I'm writing this review to express my appreciation for the drive-thru employee who was working on January 12, 2024. He is truly the most polite and friendly staff member I have ever encountered. I've picked up several DoorDash orders throughout the morning, and every time I visit, he greets me with a smile and kind words. He definitely deserves an award or a raise—or both! It's employees like him that encourage customers to return. Keep up the fantastic work!
I was waiting for my order to be taken for a while and I didn’t really mind because I thought they got busy or something happened, but one of the guys working there and who took my order was very kind and generous. He felt bad for making me wait and was very sincere about it and it made my day. I didn’t get his name or anything but he’s one of the nicest people I’ve met there.
I was crestfallen when Starbucks closed their location in downtown Itasca, which was walking distance for me. However, the delightful service and staff moved largely intact to their new location in Wood Dale. This is easily one of my favorite Starbucks location, and I'm fortunate that it's the closest to me!
Had a great experience at this location the other day and wanted to share as I would recommend them if you are in the area and need your starbucks fix. The stores interior looks cozy and I can't wait till we can enjoy it. The staff did a good job on our drinks and we didn't wait long at all. Réservez une table maintenant
I had a very rude experience at the drive-thru. The staff weren't even ready to take my order when I reached the window. If they don't want to serve customers that early, they shouldn't open the store at that time, as it just wastes other people's time.
Used to be the one in Itasca on Irving park rd and Walnut. Same wonderful staff and a really great manager. This one is a step above your normal Starbucks as they try hard to make feel like home.
Baristas just leave your drinks there and throws the straws on the table when ur drinks are ready and don’t say nothing the cashiers are nice but the people at the end are very rude.
