I rarely write reviews because it takes a lot for me to reach the point that something needs to be said about inefficiency or ineffectiveness but this store is operationally pathetic. It should not take 30 mins of sitting in a 4 car line to get my order. I shouldn’t be completely ignored by the cashier when I pull up to the window for nearly 2 minutes before she finally acknowledges me. I shouldn’t be told after waiting 30 minutes to pull around and wait more because you can’t find my drink. Lastly, I shouldn’t be told someone “stole” my drink when I’m coming through the drive thru. Do I look like an idiot just admit you messed up. Maybe if the manager wasn’t rushing around trying to look li...
I just want to give a shout out to Emily! I was going through the drive-thru one morning and she made my visit so pleasant! Her smile was so genuine. She took the time to have a real conversation and actually seemed interested in what I had to say. Instead of the usual "how are you? have a nice day", little things like that deserve recognition. Great job on the customer service!
I ordered a Pike Place coffee with half and half. The taste was rich, not bitter, and perfectly hot! The staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was bustling, but they managed to keep the drive-thru moving smoothly without compromising on excellent customer service for those dining inside.
I ordered two grande white hot chocolates at 7pm, but ended up receiving two white mochas instead. The drinks were only filled halfway to the cup, and we were also charged for grandes but received smaller talls. This restaurant is consistently inconsistent. Next time, I'll just go to King Soopers.
