I want to thank the young man with brown curly hair who was working the night shift at the restaurant. He was extremely kind and patient. I rarely visit Starbucks, and I was feeling overwhelmed with my fussy toddler. I was unsure of what to order, but I described what I was in the mood for, and he recommended a drink that fit the bill. He made it easy for me to order by just saying "large" instead of correcting me on Starbucks' sizing terms. The drink was delicious, and I was happy to see that they still had cake pops for my toddler to enjoy. I hope that the manager recognizes him for his exceptional service!
This Starbucks in Salt Lake is the best and cleanest one around. It is well managed by a very caring and sweet woman who truly loves her job. It's disheartening to see negative reviews about this place, as I frequently visit due to working nearby. Every business has its ups and downs, but the negative reviews do not accurately reflect how well this Starbucks is run.
