I pulled up to the drive-thru, and the first thing they asked for was my name. The employee seemed so surprised when I didn't provide it that she didn't even take my order correctly. I didn't come there to make friends; I just wanted to get my food and pay for it. I don't see why I need to give my name when they can track the order just as easily from the speaker to the window.
