I love this Starbucks as it’s right next to my job so I frequent them often. Everyone is so friendly and kind accept for one person. Every time myself and or my colleagues are “helped” by her, we never want to come back. She is an older woman I believe her name is Darleen. Every time I encounter her she has a bad attitude and is rude. She seems as though she doesn’t like working there. It’s so disappointing because the rest of the team is so amazing. She constantly says that she “can’t do” normal requests that every other barista has helped us with, and when asked to clarify she is short and dismissive. She prioritizes counting her tips over helping guests with no communication like” I’ll be...
I had a terrible experience. I've been going there 5-6 days a week and always order the same drink, asking for all milk and no water. Today, they handed me a regular drink instead of a venti, and then when they remade it, they still added water. The place was crowded, and the young staff seemed overwhelmed. I stopped going there last year for similar reasons and started driving a few extra blocks to a different location, which resolved my issues. I'm just sharing my honest experience.
What can I say, but Thank you Jay!!! I couldn't figure out my rewards program and being it was my birthday I wanted to receive my birthday drink. Jay is exactly what this industry is all about. Jay was patient showed me how to use the app didn't shame me at all-I'm not the best with technology. Jay deserves a raise! Good employees are hard to find these days. Thank you Jay, I did enjoy my apple something or other... lol
I really hope they get new staff, I usually try and support more local shops but I love their fall flavors. The new younger staff don't seem to be fully self aware. No drinks come out the same, and sometimes my double shot espresso takes 15 minutes because they can't stop flirting with the regulars over the counter. Réservez une table maintenant
I just returned from there. I understand it’s Sunday morning and people are out enjoying their coffee, but I felt like those who arrived after me and placed online orders received their drinks before I did. I had to sit and watch others get their orders while I waited a long time.
