I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a tall cappuccino with three sugars and asked the staff whether they would add the sugar or if I needed to do it myself. They assured me they would take care of it. I also requested two pup cups for my dog. After waiting for 20 minutes, I finally received my coffee, but had to ask for a cup holder because it was hot, and they didn't provide one. To top it off, I only got half a cup of coffee, and it was unsweetened. Additionally, I only received one pup cup instead of the two I asked for. I order 3 Pastries 2 coffees. I ask for a bag. carrolan I hope I got her name right said no because the bags we're for mobile orders. it don't make no Sense. This Employee has been rude to other customers. I really did not want to ask her. I will not keep coming here. Just too early to wake up with people with this Attitude.
The woman working the orders is AMAZING!! She kept the communication with us letting us know they were a little behind. And she stayed on her grind and kept an upbeat attitude!!! Haven't seen service like that in a while. Something special about her!
Just another Starbucks. Cleanliness was clearly NOT a priority. Hard to find a clean table; while I was there (for about 30 minutes , none were cleaned. Many were strewn w. refuse (bags, cups, napkins, straws, etc. left by prior customers.

The mask police cashier asked me to wear a mask, which was fine, until other maskless customers came in after me and weren’t asked the same thing.
Awful experience. The hours indicate they're open until 11 PM, but it's only 8:17 PM and they're closed.
