This is one of those annoying Starbucks that's located in a Safeway... Google maps said that it was a Starbucks though, so I begrudgingly went in because I desperately needed coffee. What a mistake! The baristas do not know what they're doing, I watched them give at least two other customers wrong drink orders, my order took forever even though it was super basic, and the service in general was horrible. Definitely go to a different one.
This Starbucks seems to have a management problem. It's quite disorganized, often overcrowded, and frequently runs out of specialty syrups. I've also noticed that the baristas frequently engage in loud disputes with customers. My online orders are often incorrect and missing ingredients. While this is a prime location for Starbucks and can get very busy, I believe they could significantly improve if their staff were happier.
It was closed according to the worker who was at the counter at 7:50 PST today on October 24th. But he said that if I had the Starbucks app I could still order. However he said that the Starbucks is closed at 7pm PST. And the person who was behind the counter was still there at 8:03 when I left the Safeway.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There were no chairs or tables, and the service was rude. They got my drink order wrong twice on my birthday and didn’t resolve it properly. I won't be returning to this location; I recommend going to the Bayfair location instead. Réservez une table maintenant
It's always busy for a reason! The quintessential perfect coffee or green tea the way you like it and the service matches the product.Definitely Worth the experience if you haven't visited yet!
Went to three Starbucks (Lewelling, Bay Fait, qnd Marina) and they're all closed. The app says they're open. Walk out??
0 stars if possible. Intentionally rude and completely indifferent to customers, to mention one of many issues.
I arrived at 5:09 and was told they wouldn't serve me a drink. Absolutely unacceptable. Réservez une table maintenant
