Received absolutely one of the best customer services at the drive thru on our visit. Ordered a Vinti Americano and it came as requested. Visited this location twice during our stay in the area. Same gal helped us...wish we knew her name. More people could learn by this example. Many thanks and blessings to all for the New Year. If you worked Friday 1/26/24 at 12:56pm drawer 2 reg 3 you are who we are talking about. Enjoyed your smile and service.
My coffee was made wrong 3 days in a row. Two days a caramel macchiato, so I thought I'd switch to a shaken expresso. When I called the store the manager was not only combative and hung up on me but told me it was wrong because it rode two blocks in a car. None sense. Take some accountability and be professional.
The baristas are friendly, and the shop is well-maintained. The coffee is what you would expect from Starbucks—not amazing, but not terrible either. It’s essentially on par with what you find at any other Starbucks location.
I had made a mistake and ordered at a wrong location. They still helped me out and prepared the coffee I had ordered. They were super friendly and made it seem like no biggie for them. I really appreciated it. Réservez une table maintenant
The drinks are very good with a variety of drinks. The service was perfect, you good order right away. The place looked fantastic with a lot of different chairs. The bathroom and whole place was very modern.
Alyssa, along with Jasmine, were truly a joy! Even though they were short-staffed, they always had smiles on their faces. This is definitely our favorite restaurant in western Colorado!
Per usual it’s SB the staff tend to be pleasant. In Montrose they are wonderful…big city trendy coffee but you always feel like you’re in a small coffee shop here. Love the staff!
The staff here are fantastic! They're very efficient, and their flat white coffee is the best I've ever had! As for parking, you can conveniently park right at the front door. Réservez une table maintenant
