Where is the cinnamon? Please remember that it tastes much better with it. Additionally, I've been receiving my iced drinks hot instead of cold. For the last couple of days, I've ordered an iced gingerbread latte but ended up with it served hot. Today, I also realized I received an iced tall caramel brûlée instead of the iced gingerbread latte grande that I ordered.
I had a really negative experience at this restaurant when I was a teenager. I was let go because I was pregnant by a manager named Steve. The way I was treated was unforgettable, and it was very disrespectful. I don't think they treat their employees well, so I would recommend staying away.
I visited during a busy period and noticed the cafe seemed to be short-staffed, which made the employees appear quite stressed. My sandwich arrived quickly, but I had to wait 15 minutes for my tea. While the cafe has a beautiful ambiance, it felt a bit worn and in need of a good cleaning.
First time in Alameda. Visited this Starbucks and the quality of their coffee was different than what my local Starbucks serves. I am not sure if it is the machines they use that my latte came out so creamy and delicious or if it was the skill of the barista?! Réservez une table maintenant
I enjoy visiting this coffee shop because the staff is always friendly to their customers. It's a popular spot for Alameda High School students to grab lunch during the week, although I'm surprised they can afford it!
I was disappointed with the food at this restaurant. The flavors were weak and lacking. I suggest ordering a drink instead. If you do choose to eat here, stick to beer and avoid any sugary or non-alcoholic options.

This is a major upgrade from my previous review. Today this Starbucks was a decent experience. Staff for reasonably helpful. Seating area was reasonably clean. Bathrooms, not so tidy. Réservez une table maintenant
What a relaxing moment when coming at peaceful hours. I try not to drink coffee, but greentea. Everything was great.
