I typically don't complain about customer service, but this time I feel compelled to do so. My negative experience was with a girl who seemed disinterested and careless when it came to processing my payment. When I approached the window to pay, she did not lift the machine to complete my transaction, instead telling me to make the payment there. I explained that I couldn't reach the machine due to a recent surgery, but she simply placed it on the counter and did not assist further. The first item we ordered had cream in it, but it was missing despite being listed on the label. For my second order, I got a white mocha that wasn't even stirred! Should I really have to stir my own drink? This is not the first time they have made mistakes like this and it probably won't be the last. I will likely not be returning to this restaurant in the future.

The restaurant is in a fantastic location! However, the drive-thru line could use some improvement. There is no indoor dining area, so customers must either order from the window or go through the drive-thru. I recently visited for a mobile order and had a quick and smooth experience. The drinks were made perfectly and the customer service was excellent.

I'm sorry, but the staff needs to pay more attention to the orders. Also, when I order a grande size, I expect it to be fully filled, not halfway. These drinks are expensive, and if I'm paying good money, I expect my frappuccino or caramel macchiato, or whatever I ordered, to be made correctly. The drinks were great and tasty as advertised. Once again, the coffee was burnt. It is common knowledge that Starbucks consistently overcooks their beans in order to uphold a consistent flavor profile throughout their brand: scorched beans. This is the hallmark of Starbucks that deceives your taste buds.

The manager Sam was a great help after a new higher messed up my order she took care of it. Thank you My 2 shots of espresso and one pump of peppermint for my chocolate protein shake was perfect.

I like this place because it is never out of syrup or have it so drinks cannot be ordered. There are other local Starbucks that make it so their menu is limited when the manager leaves the shop.

Ordered a latte with oat milk through the app and they used regular milk. I'm lactose intolerant, last time I order from any Starbucks. Réservez une table maintenant

this situation is abysmal. twice I went through the drive and no one speaks the loudspeaker to take an order.

Great drunk crunchy call frap. Ordered grilled cheese sandwich. Very mediocre..Save your money.
