I went to Starbucks driver thru Tuesday am and asked them if they could use my thermos, not at the drive thru. Ok, I'll come in. I patiently wait to get through the drive thru line, park and come in and order for my mug. And I explain all this to my teenaged barista who proceeds to use a plastic cup to measure my drink and verify that my thermos is in fact a grande and then pitch the plastic into the garbage. He also could not describe the flavor profiles of any of the coffee. Very poor, Mikey, very poor. The future is doomed.
I was disappointed today when I tried to use my birthday reward at this location and was told that it is not coming up in their system. I did show them the reward on my phone through the app and through the email and they could not get it to process... Instead of doing a right now recovery which is available to them they offered me the drink at 50% off. Needless to say I did not get my drink at this Starbucks.... Instead I went to another location and not only did I get my drink but was given a free birthday cake pop!
I was really impressed with the customer service at the drive-thru a few days ago (on September 22, 2022, to be exact). I forgot to ask the woman's name, but she is probably the best Starbucks employee I've ever encountered. Her positivity and energy made my morning and overall day absolutely fantastic. Thank you, and keep up the great work! I will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.
This is my second visit to this Starbucks, and unfortunately, my drink is still not right. I ordered a matcha latte, but it’s not sweet at all, and I received the wrong lid. My husband got a mocha cookie crumble, and it doesn’t have any sugar on it either. I really wish we had tasted our drinks before getting in the car. I'm quite disappointed.

I love this Starbucks! The staff is amazing, especially Danielle and Jacky! They’re always super sweet and my drink tastes great when they make it. The refreshers are always super sweet and flavorful at this location, while at others they’re watered down.
Horrible costumer sevice. Couldn't understand what she was saying and was very rude about it.
I was taken aback by how Mr. Nikko spoke to us. It was rude and seemed mocking.
