Time to let in new management…TWO reviews here Written two weeks ago: Only Starbucks I know that never, and I mean NEVER EVER, has baguette sandwiches. 6 months, not any except egg. This may have been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The barista behind the counter instructed another young lady who was most likely new to practice making my beverage to which she was not at all happy about. She took quite a bit of time to make it because she was chatting to the other girl about things that were non work related so of course I started to get a bit irritated. She finally finished my drink and it was 100% incorrect. I’ve had this drink a million times and so I asked her politely if she could remake the beverage because there was extremely too much cream. Cashier just looked confused. Didnt take my order. Stood there for about 10 minutes while he did other things even when saying excuse me several times. Didn't acknowledge I was there. Didn't seem like he wanted to be there either. Coffee shop at a rest area. I guess what do you expect. Sucks that was the only choice there walked out.

One of the workers was extremely rude for no reason. The worker had dark skin and long braids. She rolled here eyes and kept huffing and puffing. I have worked in many restaurants so I would never be rude to barista. Nasty attitude for no reason. Just go to Dunkins.
The restaurant was messy and disorganized, and the staff seemed confused. They even gave me the wrong order in my bag!
The customer service was terrible. Shaking my head. The staff member named Eyebrows was particularly unpleasant.
This is the priciest Starbucks I've encountered. The prices are outrageous—$7 for an iced coffee!
