I visited Halloween at around 4:00 PM and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. I waited about 10-15 minutes for a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Latte, and when I asked for a straw, a woman standing by the pickup area told me they didn't have any. An employee then corrected her, stating that they could get some from the back. It made me wonder if anyone was communicating with her or if she had anything to do before her shift started instead of waiting around my order.
I left with my drink, started driving to my destination, and took a sip, only to find that it had no sweetness at all—just espresso, oatmilk, and ice. Given that the drink has "brown sugar" in...
The people that work at this Starbucks are very rude.. they acted like they didn’t see when standing there waiting. No one said give me a moment they saw me but kept doing what they saw me and not one person spoke. Then when someone finally came to help he acted like he didn’t want to take my order which was only 1 drink. Then he started to make my drink then gave it to the other girl to finish it. I have NEVER had a bad experience with any Starbucks this is the first and I'm not happy with it. Not to mention they gave the best attitude and was so helpful to other people but when it came to me I got the rude and nasty attitude!
This location is very rude. One of the staff working there got mad at me for getting a sleeve for my coffee instead of nicely telling me that I couldn’t reach for a sleeve behind the plastic barrier because of COViD. She was quite disgusting in the way she talked to me. I truly felt targeted and on top of that I waited 20 minutes maybe more to order my drink when their was 3 people behind the counter working. Unbelievable!
Absolutely horrible service, not only are they unfriendly but how do you open your store and not have any cold brew for the third time now. After the guy before me was done with his order the cashier didn't call me over or anything he just stared at me and waited for me to just walk up. No hi, how are you nothing. I would not recommend this Starbucks whatsoever.

They charged me nearly $3 extra for my usual drink compared to a Starbucks location. When I inquired about the price difference, they informed me it's because they are located in a Target. Additionally, they would not accept the promotion on my app, stating, “they’re a Target Starbucks.” I won’t be returning!
So sad, It is incredible the lack of importance that the workers give to the customer in this location, whenever I go to Target and buy a drink in this Starbucks, it is a bad experience. They should do something, and urgently!!!
The super slow and poorly managed. They are incredibly slow and prioritize Target store employees ahead of customers. Fortunately, there is a speedy Dunkin right outside in the mall.
Drinks are great and prompt. Super friendly employees. The set-up of this is awkward though since Target seems to use the dine-in area for storage...

10 mins waiting on my drinks.Ask me what I was waiting on.. like my friend I’m waiting on my drink I order 10 mins ago.It was 4 workers there.
The cashier was quite rude. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location, as she even hid her name tag when I asked for it.
