Never get from this location if you actually want to get what you paid for… spent $30 just to get a damaged/DIRTY cup, wrong lid (with no straw), only one of the syrups I asked for and with it over flowing at the bottom of the cup not even mixed in over a INCH tall, none of the drizzle i literally paid extra for, and again half of the syrups missing, cold foam was non existent but they MADE sure to charge me extra for imaginary cold foam which I find HILARIOUS. Yeahhhh don’t waste your money at this place they make their drinks with their toes not their hands CLEARLY. Couldn’t even get a refund for their f-up.
Went there a few times and all the interactions I had were abrupt, dismissive and annoyed. Mind you, I never asked or requested anything special, a simple order of caramel macchiato, no extras. It seems to me that it's painful for them to smile. When I order, just now from uber eats, a grande coffee, i got it fast and I love that, but I ordered grande for a reason. They didn't bother to fill it up in the appropriate line.
Restroom was filthy- toilet paper rolls not in the holder, trash on ground, no paper towels or hand dryer. Very obvious no employee is doing a regular check on the restrooms.Nobody called our names about drinks, they were mixed in with someone else’s order. Haven’t been to a Starbucks that seemed this far off brand standard before.
I got a shaken espresso. It came less than 2/3 full and the manager insisted it was correct because I had light ice. I have gotten the same exact drink for two years and never had to come like this. My daughter ordered a drink that was light ice and it came full. Did not offer to remake it full size. Réservez une table maintenant
