I usually come to this Starbucks every morning and never have any issues until today. Today I decided to get a peppermint hot chocolate, when I approached the barista DES about my drink being made wrong and asked politely for her to remake it as well as me getting a red cup from the giveaway they have today she denied my request and then went on with an attitude to rant about how annoying I was because I asked for my drink to be remade. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in this Starbucks.
We ordered cappuccinos, and they were not filled properly. This isn't the first time we've experienced this issue. When we politely asked the staff to refill them, we were met with dirty looks and rudeness. The food is often stale, and the egg bites had an unpleasant taste. Most of the staff were unhelpful, with the exception of a few friendly employees. Overall, the service needs improvement, and Starbucks should really focus on better managing their locations and staff.
I've been reading the comments and can't believe them because I come here every morning to the drive-thru, and the staff are absolutely amazing. Their customer service is great; they greet you warmly and always have a smile on their faces. There was even one time when I had an issue where they charged my card and deducted my points by mistake, but they resolved the situation with outstanding service.
A bit of a hit or miss, usually, the drinks are good but there have also been instances where I have not gotten the correct drink. There have also been 2 times when they were out of an ingredient to a drink but made it for me without the ingredient and informed me after they gave me the drink and I asked about the ingredient.

I've only used the drive-thru option, but they have consistently been fast at getting our drinks ready by the time we reach the checkout window.
