Starbucks - Réserver une table

This location is ridiculous and fails to meet typical Starbucks services. I decided to visit for a brief refresher and sandwich and catch up on emails.While doing this, I was asked to leave the sitting area because it was reserved for staff. Like how is it possible that customers are restricted from sitting??? Then I figured, no big deal. Maybe they have a team meeting. NOPE, for the rest of my time there, not a single employee sat at that table.Moving on, I waited for my beverage and sandwich for 20 minutes because they kept accidently giving my items away through the drive through. I hope the items made someone's day!Last but not least, there was one specific employee who was clearly upset...

I was expecting an awesome drink truly disappointed ?. I called the establishment and they refunded my money and remade my drink. Won't go back. The drinks are not the same quality of strength however the customer service is ?

I love this Starbucks so much. The staff is always so friendly and have always made me feel welcome. Drive thru or eat in, it's always a nice treat.

always a good hold, drinks made right, personable staff and a clean facility. the woman and I enjoy it here.
